Senior Assistant District Attorney William Feccia, Special Projects

Responsibilities of this division include overseeing special projects, coordination of high profile cases, the Law and Motion Unit which researches and presents writs and appeals and other court motions, and the Special Prosecutions Unit which prosecutes  variety of specialized felons such as Arson, Hate Crimes, Public Integrity, and cases dealing with Mentally Disordered Offenders. This unit also investigates officer involved shootings and in-custody deaths.
