POLICE REPORT # : On June 4, 2005, Orange County Sheriff’s Deputies went to an apartment complex in Ladera Ranch regarding a strong chemical odor emitting from a garage.  The Orange County Fire Authority responded, opened the garage door and observed several large containers of different chemicals.  These chemicals are extremely toxic and posed a significant danger to the citizens and homes nearby.  Deputies found a fully functioning PCP laboratory, numerous chemicals, 8 gallons of PCP (street value over 10 million dollars), a stolen vehicle, and a loaded firearm in the home and the garage. Upon contact with law enforcement, Wright fled into a nearby neighborhood of Ladera Ranch and has not been seen since. He has numerous contacts in the greater Los Angeles area and believed to still be in Southern California.
